Accomodations Reservations must be made directly with the Character Inn Conference Center by calling 405-526-0001.  Be sure to mention the A Family For Life Marriage Conference to get the special conference rate.

REGISTRATION COSTS

$76 per couple or $38 per person (through Monday, August 16)
$96 per couple or $
48 per person (after Monday, August 16)

A children’s program is available; however, registration is required by Friday, August 20. Space is limited and will be available upon a first-to-register basis. You must attend the conference for your children to participate in the Childrens program. Please review our childcare section and Cancellation Policy prior to registration.

Payments may be made by Mail-in Check, Visa or Mastercard. For credit card payments, the full amount will be charged to your account at the time of registration. Checks should be written for the full amount.

CHILDREN’S PROGRAM COSTS
(For Ages 12 and Under)

$25 per child (Includes Friday night 5:30 pm- 9:30 pm, Saturday 8 am – 3 pm with pizza lunch on Saturday). The children’s program includes fun activities, games, Character First education, Bible stories and more!  Space is limited and will be available upon a first-to-register basis.

CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY
Cancellations will be accepted by notifying the Character Inn Conference Center in writing at events@okc.iblp.org. A full refund will be given if the written cancellation is received by Monday, August 16, 2010. A $10 per person cancellation fee applies after Monday, August 16, 2010.

There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations made after Thursday, August 26, 2010. Registrations may be transferred from person to person or within your group or organization at no charge. Registrations are not transferable to future conferences. Please do not ask the Seminar staff to make exceptions to this policy.

CONFERENCE LATE REGISTRATION
All registrations submitted after 11:55 pm on Monday, August 16, 2010 will be charged as follows:
$96 per couple or $48 per person.

AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
If the conference is not sold out, you may register at the door at the late registration rate of $96 per couple or $48 per person. Please enter through the Main Lobby and proceed directly to the Seminar Information Center at the Front Desk. You’ll have to complete a registration form and make your payment at that time. Once registration is complete, you’ll receive your conference packet.
